LELiPHENT. is not just selling the service of web design and development, but the entire process of design development. The process has been termed the 4-D Production.
The Process:
The 4-D Production is a cyclical process used to generate and maintain the client’s web presence. This unique method that LELiPHENT. has created and uses is broken down into the following four dimensions:
Details:
This dimension consists of an interview guide composed by
LELiPHENT. used to generate specific information to aid in
the creation of the client's site, to brainstorm direction
and function, and to establish feedback.
Draft:
Within this dimension LELiPHENT. uses the information obtained
from the Details dimension in order to draft a full presentation
of the client’s web presence.
Design:
Following the Details and Draft dimensions LELiPHENT. now
has the ability to design the look, feel, and function of
the web presence, in order to make it ready for the next dimension.
Develop:
The three previous dimensions have lead to the fourth and
final dimension of Develop, in which LELiPHENT. begins to
build a functioning version of the client’s web site.
Upon completion of this dimension, the functioning version
of the client's web site will be readmitted to the first dimension
of Details, in which the client will review and complete a
separate interview guide to aid in feed back for a higher
quality product.
The process
is cyclical until the client is satisfied with the product
and is ready for publishing.
