Born and raised above 10,000 ft, Cardinal knows what it means to be on top. Starting his involvement in electronic music in late 1997, Cardinal spent most of his time at parties, making friends and developing a relationship with dance floors across the nation. Being a traditional musician since conception playing saxophone, piano, and guitar alongside his techs, Cardinal pushed into DJ’ing in late 2001. Gaining most of his knowledge and experience from You-Know-Me, DJ Academy, and jungle mentor/local badass DJ TT. Cardinals peers were amazed to see how quickly Cardinal was able to develop a DJ technique worthy of playing alongside talent such as PSIDREAM, INFLUENZA, EVOL INTENT, IMPULSE, FEMME FATALE, and THE ELECTRICIAN.

As though falling in love with DJ’ing not being enough, Cardinal was quick to involve himself in promotions around the Denver metro area. Starting as a flyer-boy for local promotion big man Ryan Dykstra, Cardinal moved up the ranks fast, playing key roles in crews such as Endepth Productions, The Foundation for Better Living Through Electronic Dance Music and ultimately starting his own group People To The Party in early 2005.

Recently joining nation-wide promotions group LELiPHENT. alongside top-shelf talent such as Zane and DigitalGRL, Cardinal looks forward to this new chapter in his career. Planning on putting his experience to the test, Cardinal will be moving to London in late 2005, eventually planning on coming home and continuing the journey he started almost a decade ago…
