The following is a layout of plans available to you the client, for hiring LELiPHENT. to photograph for you. Listed below are three different plans, which include in detail the payment options and what is to be expected from both you the client and LELiPHENT. as a photographer, with a few stipulations.

| Non-negotiable
terms: |
1.
Guest entry into event with full press pass
2. Payment in the amount equal to the max entrance fee of
the event, which must be paid upon signing into / entering
the event.
The client is responsible for the above stated non-negotiable
terms, regardless of the plan selected, and agreed upon.
The plans available are as follows: |
| Plan
#1: |
A
Basic Plan, which includes the photos being taken and
posted.
The photos will be posted on and remain on the LELiPHENT.
web site.
The LELiPHENT. logo will and must be present at all times
on each and every one of the photos.
Under No circumstance, may the photos be used for any promotional
materials including but not limited to the following:
- Internet
web sites
- photo
galleries
- message
boards
- flyers
- printed
material
- any
other promotional material
This
is subject to change with full agreement from LELiPHENT.
The photos taken by LELiPHENT. remain the property of LELiPHENT.

| Plan#2: |
A
Simple Plan, which LELiPHENT. will take an undetermined
amount of photos (no less than 16 and no more than 120).
LELiPHENT. will then compose a contact sheet of samples, in
which the client can choose which images they want to use
(web site only) and/or obtain, at a price of $5.00 per image.
The LELiPHENT. logo will and must be present at all times
on each and every one of the photos.
The photos obtained under this plan are for web site use only
and cannot and will not be used in any printed material promotional
and non.
This is subject to change with full agreement from LELiPHENT.

| Plan#3: |
| An
Advanced Plan, which includes the following:
No more than 16 photos, to be purchased at an amount of $10.00
per image.
No less than 50% of the full amount of $160.00 must be paid
upon entrance, and the remainder paid upon delivery at latest.
The photos will become the property of the client subject
to any use the client wishes.
The photos will remain their original size and resolution.
The photos will NOT contain the LELiPHENT. logo.

| Delivery: |
The
photos can be delivered in the following fashions:
1. Placed on a CD-R with a $5.00 burning charge.
2. FTP to desired web domain with a $10.00 web administration
fee.
All necessary travel and/or physical delivery after the date
of the event will be subject to a $5.00 delivery charge.
(Amount charged for delivery is subject
to change according to distance) |
| Late
Payments: |
A
$25.00 increase will be added to the existing payment due, for
every day late past 5 business days without payment. |
