A series of individuals aimed at helping out musicians, artists, companies, etc.
All those involved in this network join in the hopes of helping others out, that actually want to make something happen. We go out of our way for each other, and it feels good! We are an extremely motivated bunch, with access to anything you need. The connections are real, and have been established for some time.
The Network Concept:
The concept behind the LELiPHENT. Network is as follows: each individual is working together, to support each other in order to advance each other. As the network grows so does the member’s exposure, support, and resources. Each one of the members gives a leg up to each other member. One hand washes the other, as the cliché goes! Ideally this is what separates LELiPHENT. from the rest: the respect that is held for everyone involved. We are not a label and we are not a production crew, although LELiPHENT. might be affiliated with such organizations. LELiPHENT. is a network of individuals supporting each member to new heights.
The Expectations:
As stated above, the network is much like a machine that requires all the individuals involved to be on the same page, and/or have the same goals and values inline in order for this to work. As a member, you will only get what you put into the network out of it. A lot of individuals expect to receive full support without giving any support in return. LELiPHENT. is not interested in individuals with these expectations. LELiPHENT. is interested in members that want to give 100% to further the network, in which those individuals are entitled to 100% support.
